| Esta clase esta dirigida para los propietarios o arrendatarios que participan en el programa de subvención de la ciudad de Minneapolis o del Condado de Hennepin, o para aquellas personas que han recibido una orden de la Ciudad de Minneapolis. Accredited by the EPA through the National Center for Healthy Housing, it meets the EPA rules that were implemented on April 22nd, 2010. It is an 8-hour course and the cost is $180.
